About Me

Specialty Safes, Keys and Locks for Unique Items

Hi, my name is Frances, and my dad was a safe maker and locksmith. He had a small welding shop, where he was always making lockers or safes or fixing someone's antique locks. I always had a set of ghost keys to play with when I was little, and, as a result, the entire idea of keys and safes makes me feel a bit sentimental. Now, I work in the banking industry where I am around a lot of safes and security issues on a daily basis. I wanted to start a blog so that I could revisit these concepts, flesh them out, explore new ideas and share tips. Please explore. I hope that you learn what you need to know about keeping your items safe and secure.
